What we’re Looking For:

• Must have Real Estate License or willing to obtain
• Sales Experience Preferred
• Consistent and proven record of closing new business on the first meeting
• Strong desire to learn the real estate industry
• Excellent verbal, and written communication skills
• Excellent rapport builder with a direct selling style
• Outgoing/extroverted personality type
• Must have exceptional listening and problem-solving skills
• Ability to work independently and in a team environment
• Professional business image

Responsibilities:

We will provide all training as needed but below are the main focuses of the role.

• A full-time employee willing to work and put in effort
• Calling and developing a sales pipeline, renting and selling in house exclusives.
• Manage leads in our company’s database and follow up with the prospects
• Attend internal team meetings to align and make adjustments on how we can be productive
• Setting meetings with potential clients
• Must be a team player and get along with the other staff

Job Types: Full-time, Commission

Salary: $50,000.00 to $200,000.00 /year

Experience:

• Sales: 1 year (Preferred)

Speaking more than one language is a plus.
